Cancellation Policy:

​

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments. Late cancel or no-show appointments will result in you being charged the full amount of the session booked and it will need to be paid before any future appointments are scheduled/rendered. This will include all paid, pre-paid, gift certificate or massage series/package sessions. Full payment is required at the time of service. Emergency cancellations will be determined by the discretion of the massage therapist or business owner. A request for credit card information will be added to your account but not be charged unless the cancellation policy applies. There is a three-strike rule, if there have been three consecutive no show or late cancel appointments, all future appointments will be taken off of the schedule. To remain on the schedule, you will need to pre-pay the full amount of the missed scheduled session and only one session can be booked out per month.

An appointment is specifically for the person and time booked. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will be shorter accordingly. Please do not send someone else to your scheduled appointment without prior notice or permission from the massage therapist or owner.

All forms must be filled out before receiving any services. Forms will be sent by email once the service is booked. Please be advised that services will not be provided until all the forms are completed. You may show up 10-15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment to fill out forms in the office. Refusing to fill out forms for any appointment will result in a 50% same day cancellation charge without service.
