Cancellation policy:

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all scheduled appointments including gift certificate sessions. A credit card will be required to book all appointments. Missed or no-show appointments will result in you being charged the full amount of the session booked and it will need to be paid before any future appointments are scheduled/rendered. This will include all paid, pre-paid, gift certificate or massage series/package sessions. Full payment is required at the time of service. Emergency cancellations will be determined by the discretion of the massage therapist.
