Equanimity Wellness Inc.
AT THIS TIME, I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Massage therapy is alternative and complementary health care. Massage is recognized as an important part of health and wellness, and evidence shows that it can be effective for a variety of health conditions.
Experts estimate that the majority of disease is caused by stress and anxiety, and this stress ages us faster. While eliminating stress and anxiety is more difficult in today's world, massage can help reduce and manage some of the symptoms. Not only does massage feel good, but clients are also reporting benefits of emotional balance, clarity, and increased perspective after a massage. There is new and continuing research on the benefits of massage and bodywork.
The power of bodywork is undeniable. Whether you seek it out for therapeutic reasons, rejuvenation, stress relief, pain management or rehabilitation, massage therapy can be an ally in your health care regimen. If you have never received bodywork or a massage, it is now time to take a positive step in your preventable health care!
